If recess appointments are Unconstitutional then you could blame every president since George Washington. They all have done it, some more than others. Obama has made 32 recess appointments. Reagan did 274 of them, Clinton did 140 of them, Bush Jr. did 175 of them.

I would agree the Patriot Act is unconstitutional and that point was brought up when Bush Jr. made it law. Where was your outrage then? And you should not be so naive to think that once you give power away it is a very difficult thing to take back.

And Ron Paul has a couple of good ideas regarding some financial policies (the gold standard NOT being one of those) but the other 98% of his philosophy is old, utopian, fantasy land stuff more suited for the 15th century than now.

Everyone knows what prejudice is. But why do they carry it on just because there are such people who are in lower stations than them? It doesn’t seem right. It’s really not very good. Your story starts out not with any part of the story or even a true statement. Your first sentence is an assumption. There is no way to prove everyone knows what prejudice is. So we’re looking at you assuming things that are not true. That is a weak start. Then you get preachy about classes and state what you think is right. So it does not read like a fiction story, but a facebook status rant.
And then “This is my story” is pretty cliche.

Don’t let anything I said stop you from telling your story. But if you have a story to tell and you want others to read it (you posted here so you must) then tell it right.

Yes, I also strongly recommend cutting “this is my story”. It’s a cliche trap many amateur writers fall into.

To be quite frank, I don’t like it. Hey, I’m not a perfect writer myself. But, I’ve studied the craft enough to know when I see bad examples. You had a few fragments in their which isn’t usually acceptable for fictional writing. Also, it doesn’t lure me in and paint a picture in my head which is the objective of stories.

The defending champions have been brutal on both sides of the ball as they have to beat Ecuador to get to the next round, and Neymar has definitely faded under the spotlight as he was one of the players to watch in the Copa America. The defense has looked slow and cumbersome at time, and Robinho has struggled as well. The young midfield may be the thing that is holding this team together. It’s going to be tough for the champions get to the quarters, much less the semis.

The Peruvians should go at Chile in what should be an enthralling game, but like many of the teams in the tournament, Peru has had some shocking defending late in matches. Uruguay has to rely on being of the top third-place teams to get to the quarterfinals, and they’ve been just as disappointing as Brazil or Argentina. Diego Forlan looks like a shadow of the player who fired Uruguay to fourth place in the World Cup, although Luis Suarez has looked extremely good for his team. But one man can’t carry a team in a tournament as close as this and unless Forlan finds his form of last summer, Uruguay will crash out.

Venezuela is leading their group with one game to go, but a loss to Paraguay could relegate them to the final quarterfinal spot. I’ve been going out with my boyfriend for about 4 months now and although we don’t live together he does spend a lot of time in my house (because its 5 minutes away from where he works). Of course we said "I love you" early on but at the time i thought, like myself, he meant he like me a lot. I’m so confused and really don’t know what to think, for example the other night i mentioned having to go home (the other side of europe) at the end of summer to start university (which he has known since we met) and i swear he had tears in his eyes as he rolled off a speech about how he thought when we met we’d be together for 1 or 2 weeks tops but he had loved me a little bit more every day since then and even though we can’t be together nobody will ever live up to me! But at the same time when trying to convince me he was a good turk he mentioned that all the bad guys drink and gamble and while i know he doesn’t drink I found 2 betting slips in his pocket today. That’s a tough call. He might be genuine, but you should still safeguard. but don’t rearrange your plans to go home for a little while. Don’t move in with him. And if he wants to marry you, he needs to ask you…and insist he meets your family. Then, you have to have a real wedding, the kind that you always wanted and you need to wait a year MINIMUM. You should also meet his family.

First off I would say, make sure your not in the relationship because of what he has done for you. I’m not saying you are, but that sometimes is a factor, you feel as though you owe him for what he has done for you and that is why you are with him, and if you did leave him you would hurt his feelings. I say if a person wants to help you and I mean genuinely want to help you, they won’t expect any favors in return or have any expectations

Well saying that he loves you that early in the relationship is a bit premature, he probably likes you a lot, but people often don’t understand the meaning and weight of what loving someone actually is.

My friend is an ex-marine and he told me that they don’t start using tear gas on crowds until they’re having pipe bombs thrown at them.
