Del Bosque extends Spain contract

The Spanish football federation says Vicente del Bosque will coach Spain through 2012 after agreeing to a two-year contract extension.
Federation president Angel Villar says Del Bosques extension was a unanimous decision after the 59-year-old Spaniard clinched the teams spot in next years World Cup.
Del Bosque replaced Luis Aragones after Spains European Championship triumph in June last year.
Spain has won 21 of the 22 games under Del Bosque and is one of the favorites for next years finals in South Africa.
